I am originally from Germany and came to the Netherlands for my Master’s degree when I fell in love with a Dutch man and the Dutch culture. Now I am here to stay, learning the language while also teaching my mother tongue (as well as English) to students who want to improve their proficiency for their studies or who realised German is actually a beautiful language worth learning!

So, I can tutor English from these perspectives: reading, understanding, and interpreting English pieces of literature, put English materials in the context of the anglophone context (esp. the British context) and the detailed workings of the English language - grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation (both British and American)

I can help you improve your German and English skills. I have a degree in English literature, culture and linguistics with a minor in sociology. Right now I am writing my thesis for my master’s degree in applied linguistics/multilingualism. With all these angles, I am sure I can find a basis to make studying a language interesting for you.
